The traffic's there, the sales aren't. I find where people drop off and fix it, measured in revenue, not opinions.
If people are arriving and not buying, sending more of them is the expensive way to fix it. The cheaper way is finding where they drop off, and why.
I dig through your analytics, session recordings and checkout, find the leaks, fix them, then measure the difference in revenue. Not in opinions, and not in button colours.
(01)
Funnel review
Every step from landing to purchase mapped out, with the drop-off at each one.
(02)
Tracking that works
GA4 and ecommerce tracking checked and fixed first, because you can't improve what you can't measure.
(03)
Session recordings
Watching real visitors use your site. It's usually obvious where they get stuck.
(04)
Checkout fixes
Surprise costs, forced accounts, too many steps. The usual suspects, found and removed.
(05)
Tests, not guesses
Changes tested properly where the traffic allows it, so you know what worked and by how much.
(06)
Revenue reporting
Every change measured in conversion rate and revenue, reported monthly in plain English.
A best practice checklist
What works on someone else's store might not work on yours. Your data decides, not a blog post.
Button colour tests
Small tweaks make small differences. The focus is on changes big enough to show up in revenue.
Vanity metrics
Time on page and bounce rate don't pay the bills. Conversion rate and revenue do.

Video walkthrough of every finding
fix and measure
The fixes shipped, tested and measured every month, with revenue as the only scorecard.
£2,400/month
Everything in the audit, to start
Up to 4 changes designed and shipped a month
Or up to 2 A/B tests, above 30,000 sessions a month
Monthly revenue report, recorded as a video walkthrough
Ongoing has a 3 month minimum, so tests have time to prove themselves. Cancel anytime after that. Had an audit in the last 30 days? Its cost comes off your first month.
How much traffic do I need?
For A/B testing, around 30,000 sessions a month, or tests take too long to trust. Below that, ongoing work is shipped fixes, measured against the month before. Fixing obvious leaks works at any size.
How long until I see results?
Obvious fixes like checkout friction can show within weeks. Testing takes longer, because each test needs enough visitors to be trustworthy.
Do you guarantee a lift?
No. Nobody honest can. What's guaranteed is that every change is measured, so you'll know what worked and what didn't.
Is there a minimum term?
Ongoing optimisation has a 3 month minimum, because tests need time to run. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
What do you need access to?
Your analytics, plus your store or site admin. If tracking isn't set up properly, that gets fixed first.
Does it work on sites you didn't build?
Yes. Shopify, Framer, WordPress or custom.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO brings people to the site. Conversion optimisation gets more of them to buy once they're there. They work best together.
What's a good conversion rate?
It depends on what you sell. Most online stores sit between 1% and 3%. The number that matters is whether yours is going up.
