A new site, or a full rebuild of one that isn't pulling its weight. Built on Framer, or fully custom when off-the-shelf won't cut it. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Most business sites look fine and do nothing. They're slow, they bury the one thing you want people to do, and nobody's touched the SEO since launch.
Every site I build starts with what it needs to sell, then gets designed around that. Framer when you want to edit it yourself, custom when you need something off-the-shelf can't do. Either way, the price is fixed before anything starts.
(01)
Structure first
Pages planned around what your customers need to find and do, before anything gets designed.
(02)
Design that fits your brand
Your logo, colours and voice, built into a site that doesn't look like a template. Because it isn't one.
(03)
Built to convert
Clear calls to action, fast pages, and nothing standing between a visitor and getting in touch.
(04)
Technical SEO from day one
Metadata, sitemap, redirects and page speed sorted before launch, not bolted on after.
(05)
Edit it yourself
On Framer, you change text, images and pages without calling a developer. You get a walkthrough at handover.
(06)
It's yours
Your accounts, your site, your content. No lock-in, no confusing IP clauses.
One person, start to finish
You talk to the person designing and building your site. No account managers, no handoffs, nothing lost in translation.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Pages, revisions and turnaround agreed upfront. If something changes, you know the cost before the work happens.
Fast, because it's focused
Framer sites go live in 3 weeks, not 12. No discovery workshops, no committee sign-off.
(pricing)
No VAT to add. The price on the card is the price you pay.
for business sites

for everything else
When off-the-shelf won't cut it. Complex content, integrations, or something that doesn't exist yet.
from £8,000/one-off
Built from scratch, no platform limits
Hooked into the tools you already use
Full code ownership on delivery
No proposals. A price, and what it covers.
Money-back guarantee: not happy within 7 days of kickoff? Full refund, as long as the first design hasn't been signed off. Full terms.
Platform fees (Framer hosting, Shopify plans) are paid directly to the platform, not marked up by me.
Framer or custom: which do I need?
Framer, unless you need something it can't do: complex integrations, custom functionality, or more content than its CMS handles well. Not sure? Ask. You'll get a straight answer, even if it's the cheaper option.
How long does a website take?
Framer sites take 3 weeks, Shopify stores 8. Custom builds are agreed upfront, usually 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope.
Will I be able to update it myself?
On Framer, yes. Text, images, blog posts and new pages from existing layouts. Custom builds come with a CMS where it makes sense.
Is SEO included?
The technical foundations are: metadata, sitemap, speed and structure. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service.
What happens after launch?
The site's yours, with 30 days of support. Anything that isn't working as built gets fixed, free. After that, Care & Maintenance covers changes, fixes and monitoring every month.
Can you use my existing branding?
Yes. Logo, colours, fonts and tone. No brand yet? I'll pick fonts and colours that fit as part of the design. Logo design isn't something I do, so that's one to sort first.
What do you need from me?
Your content, or a clear idea of it, plus brand assets if you have them. Copywriting is an add-on if you'd rather not write it.

Need something else? Just ask.
